Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchases at Jump Pockets. However, if you want to return an item, we're here to help. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days. Please email contact@jumppocket.com prior to making any return.

Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee for all qualifiable refunds unless goods are defective or damaged in shipping.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
• Please contact contact@jumppocket.com for return confirmation and return center address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
• When returning items, customers must return with trackable tracking. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.

Refunds will processed within 7 business days upon the receipt of returned package. The refund can only be issued through the original payment method or in the form of our store credit as you selected.

Return Process

1. Please Send an Email to contact@jumppocket.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your return.

2. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you your pickup location and pickup time.

3. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please carefully package our product in original condition.

4. Once the package got returned to our warehouse in US, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 

5. Once all the above steps completes, we will start the refund process.

6. You will receive your refund in your purchasing card/paypal within 3-5 days.

Exchange Policy

We bear the shipping cost for the replacement of our product. 

1. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.

2. Please Send an Email to contact@jumppocket.com titled with Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason of your exchange.

3. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify with you your return pickup location, pickup time and the exchange item you want. 

4. Once we get your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please carefully package our product in original condition and put the label on package.

5. Once the package got returned to our warehouse, we will check the condition of the product and restock the item. 

6. Once all the above steps completes, we will ship out the replacement package.

7. We cover the shipping & restocking fee incurred during exchange. However, we do not cover the return shipping cost for your exchange.
