We ship goods to United States, Canada, Australia and UK Currently.
Shipping & Handling Charges:
US: Regular shipping takes $4.95, if customer order over $100, he will get the free shipping. (Hawaii & Alaska shipping address will cause extra shipping charge)
CA: Regular shipping starts from $9.95 and determines at checkout
UK: Regular shipping starts from $7.95 and determines at checkout, Free shipping on orders over $210.
EU: Regular shipping starts from $9.95 and determines at checkout
AU & NZ: Regular shipping starts from $14.95
Shipping & Processing Times:
We normally process within 48 hours after you place the order.
Shipping takes 5-9 business days for all US orders.
Shipping takes 7-12 business days for all Canada orders. Orders in Canada may also experience additional delay due to logistics issue in Canada.
Order Cancellation & Shipping fee
If you want to cancel your order, send us an email within 24 hours and we will cancel the order for you. If you cancel after our package shipped, you need to wait until the order gets received and returned to our warehouse.
